| LOCATION | Charara is situated on the Eastern shore of Lake Kariba on the Northern part of Zimbabwe. It covers an area of 1700 square kilometers. The landscape is dominated by mopane woodland. |
| ACCOMMODATION | Caravan and camping site at Nyanyana Camp. |
| FACILITIES | Network of game viewing roads ( 4X4 vehicles only), Game Walks and boat launching facilities. |
| OPEN | Throughout the year |
| SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS | Malaria, Crocodiles and other dangerous animals. Very often, elephants pass through the camp, on their way to the water edge. |
| WILDLIFE | Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Black Rhino, Antelopes, Sable, Roan Antelope. |
