| LOCATION | Southern Malawi. The park,
covering an area of 88 square kilometers, includes the Khumba Peninsula, a portion of Lake
Malawi and 12 Islands. Lake Malawi National Park is mentioned in this site, not for it's mammal population, but rather for it's spectacular variety of fresh water fish ( 450 species recorded), and it's rich bird life. |
