SAMPLE HONEYMOON ITINERARY
DAY ONE
The Honeymoon Couple will board one of the direct flights to Vilanculos departing daily from Johannesburg OR Kruger Mpumalanga International Airports.
Upon landing at Vilanculos International Airport the honeymoon couple will be met by a Marlin Lodge representative and assisted with customs procedures and offloading of luggage. The couple will transfer to Donna Jetty on a shuttle basis in a mini bus, with a transfer time of approximately 10 minutes. Guests to identify their luggage prior to it being loaded onto the bus.
Guests are advised to wear shorts or have a pair handy, to change into on arrival, as they would have to walk through knee deep water during high tide! Transfer to Marlin Lodge on Benguerra Island by boat. The transfer is approximately 30
minutes.
On arrival at the lodge, a welcome drink will be served and check in will follow. Luggage will be taken to their PRIVATE LUXURY CHALET by the Room servants.
A complementary bottle of cold sparkling wine awaits the couple in their chalet.
Meet for lunch in the hotel restaurant. During lunch, couple will receive information on the lodge and the island .
The afternoon is at leisure to relax and unwind and take in the magic of Mozambique.
Couple to meet on the beach for their complementary Mozambican Dhow cruise in Flamingo bay in front of the lodge.
A welcome dinner is served in the main restaurant.
Following dinner, the couple can enjoy drinks on the cool island sand whilst doing a little star gazing!
DAY TWO
Breakfast at leisure in the dining room.
Couple can choose a complementary t-shirt for the groom and sarong for the bride In our curio shop.
Couple will depart on a Island tour, followed by a private catered picnic lunch on the southern or northern point of the island. ( additional cost)
A complementary African bush bath will be awaiting the couple when they return.
Dinner will be served on the beach, with a seafood barbeque , as above. After dinner couple can spend some time in the lounge, or return to their chalet for the evening.

DAY THREE
Breakfast served at leisure in the dining room. Morning at leisure to relax or partake in activities available.
Activities: snorkeling, scuba dive, island excursions, water sports( all at additional cost)
A complementary fruit basket will be awaiting the couple I their chalet.
Dinner will be served in the dining room, or on the private patio of the couple’s chalet. ( additional cost for private dinner)

DAY FOUR
Breakfast served at leisure in the dining room.
Enjoy a last swim / activity before departure.
Check out of the lodge and transfer to Vilanculos Airport. Luggage to be transferred Separately before hand. Assistance will be given at the airport before departure.
